Acknowledgement - Live Chat Widget
Acknowledgement Message
Let's begin by expanding the Acknowledgement tab within a Live Chat Widget. The first field that will be displayed is the Acknowledgement Message field. Here, you can enter the text that should appear when the interaction is complete.
Feedback Message
Encourage your clients to provide feedback on the interaction by entering a personalized message in this field.
Feedback Submission Note
In the Feedback Submission Note section, you may wish to convey your appreciation for their time, or provide a link to additional resources or a relevant page for further assistance.
Chat Ended Message
Enter a message to allow users to restart the chat. A “Click Here” button will be displayed below your message.

Acknowledgement - SMS/Email Chat Widget
