Calendar Preferences

Calendar preferences allow you to customize various parameters related to meeting logistics, including location, time format, and language settings. By configuring these preferences, you can tailor your scheduling experience to better align with your needs and preferences, ensuring that meetings and appointments are managed efficiently and per your organizational requirements.

Access this section from the Calendar Settings in your account.

My Preference

In this section, you can select your preferred meeting location from the dropdown menu, with options including Zoom, Google Meet, Phone, Physical Address, or a custom location.

After configuring your scheduling options, make sure to save your preferences.

Account Preference

Here, you can set preferences to be applied across all user profiles in the account.

In-App Preference

Within the In-App Preferences, you can designate the starting day of the calendar week to be displayed in the application.

Widget Preference

• Language: Select your preferred language for the calendar from the dropdown menu.
