How To Enable/Disable Calendar

Your calendars allow you to book customers for appointments. They undergo customization and are an integral part of many workflows in the system, so you may not want to permanently delete one. But what if you need to pause service or an appointment type will be unavailable? In those cases, we recommend deactivating your calendar!


Deactivating a calendar will make it inaccessible to contacts without removing it from your system, allowing you to re-activate it whenever needed. To get started, navigate to the Calendar tab under the Settings Category.

Deactivate Calendar

You can deactivate your calendar by selecting the 3-dot menu of the calendar and then clicking the Deactivate Calendar option to deactivate it.

A confirmation message will pop up; click the Save button to confirm.

Activate Calendar

To activate the calendar, click the three-dots icon next to an inactive calendar, then select the activate option. Similar to the deactivation process, a confirmation window will pop up for you to click the Save button to confirm.

And there you have it! Now, when you and your team need to pause appointments, you can easily take your calendars offline without blocking time or permanently deleting your settings. Use this tool to manage how and when your calendars are accessible to the public, offering you greater flexibility and control.
