The Product Access Removed trigger initiates a workflow when a customer's access to a specific product has been revoked. By employing this trigger, businesses can efficiently manage and monitor customer access to products, ensuring that only authorized customers can utilize the products while maintaining control over the access process.


Adding the Products Access Removed Trigger

To enable this trigger, click on the "Add New Trigger" button, then search and choose the “Product Access Removed” option from the available choices.

?NOTE: This runs when access to a product is removed.


Filters

Select Product

To further customize the trigger, add Filters. Click “Select Product” from the Standard Fields section of the dropdown menu, and then followed by selecting the specific Product from the second dropdown menu.

After setting the filters, click the Save Trigger button located in the bottom-right corner to finalize your configuration.

?NOTE: You can add workflow actions to automate tasks such as notifications, follow-ups, or account updates.

Once you’ve set up the trigger and its corresponding actions, Publish and Save the workflow to enable its functionality.
