The Offer Access Removed trigger automates the process of revoking customer access to specific offers, ensuring better control over promotions and eligibility. This helps businesses streamline workflows, maintain consistency, and improve the overall customer experience by handling access updates efficiently.

Adding the Offer Access Removed Trigger

Within the workflow builder, click the “Add New Trigger” button and choose the “Offer Access Removed” option from the provided selections.


Filters

You can filter your trigger by clicking Add Filters.


Offer

Further customization can be made by adding filters, selecting Offer from the Standard Fields dropdown menu, and selecting the appropriate Offer from the second dropdown menu.

Users can save the trigger once all filters have been selected by clicking on the Save Trigger button at the bottom right corner.

Once you’ve set up the trigger and its actions, Publish and Save the workflow to enable its functionality.

By incorporating this trigger, businesses can effectively manage customer access to offers, ensuring that only eligible customers can take advantage of promotions while maintaining control over the process. This trigger allows businesses to automate removing access to offers, improving customer experience, and optimizing operations.
