Transactions

The Transactions tab within the Payments section provides a centralized location to review all sales processed through the various tools available on your platform. This feature offers detailed visibility into each transaction, including dates, amounts, and the associated customer details. Whether the sales originate from invoices, payment links, or integrations like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Stripe, the Transactions tab consolidates this data for easy access and management.

Navigate to the Payments tab, then select the Transactions option to begin.

Date Range

The Date Range filter allows you to specify a timeframe for viewing transactions. You can select custom date ranges from the calendar dropdown to refine the results, making it easier to analyze transactions based on specific periods.

Search

Effortlessly locate a transaction by entering a few characters of the customer's name or email address.

Filters

Apply Status, Payment Mode, or Source Type filters to view transactions that satisfy specific criteria.

Export

Select this option to export the transactions list for offline access. The user initiating the export will receive an email containing a secure link to download the exported data.

Transactions Table 


Customer 

This column displays the name of the contact associated with the transaction.

Provider 

View the payment integration used for the transaction in this column.

Source

Shows the specific funnel, store, calendar, or other medium from which the transaction originated.

Transaction Date 

This column displays the date and time the status of the transaction was last updated based on the account timezone.

Amount

The cost of the products purchased can be viewed here.

Status

The Status column provides valuable information regarding the outcome of each transaction, indicating whether it was successfully completed, failed, or refunded.

Actions Menu 

Click the three dots associated with each transaction to view full transaction details, or issue a refund.

By leveraging the filters, search functionality, and detailed transaction data in the Transactions tab, you can maintain accurate financial records and gain valuable insights into your payment operations.
