Workflow Campaigns

Workflow Campaigns provide an overview of your email action performance within a workflow. By consolidating both overall and individual email action statistics into a single, organized view, this feature allows you to analyze the effectiveness of each email action in detail. 

To access this feature, navigate to the Email Campaigns section in your account, then click the Workflow Campaigns option.

Within this section, you can:


New


Create a new workflow by clicking the New button.

Settings 


Change your email settings to suit your preferences such as setting up the default tracking settings for all your future campaigns.

Search 


Locate workflows easily by entering a few characters of the name in the search bar.

Filters


Use the Status filters to refine the list and display workflows based on their specific status.

Workflow Campaigns Table


Campaign Name


The Campaign Name column displays the name given to the workflow, allowing you to identify it easily.

Last Updated


Track the date and time each workflow was last updated according to the account time zone.

Status 


Identify whether workflows are published or drafted within the Status column.

Actions Menu


The Actions menu provides options to edit the workflow configuration or view its performance statistics.

The email statistics section includes metrics such as open rates, click rates, and delivery rates for each email. Use the dropdown to see stats for individual email actions.

By accessing these insights, you can evaluate how each email contributes to the workflow's success, identify areas for improvement, and refine your strategies to optimize engagement and results.
