Collecting feedback is crucial for understanding your audience and improving your outreach strategies. With the form element, you can seamlessly integrate forms directly into your email campaigns, offering your recipients a more engaging and interactive experience.

  • Direct Integration: Embed feedback forms, including NPS, ratings, and like/dislike surveys, within your email campaigns.
  • Comprehensive Tracking: All submission details are accessible in the campaign statistics section, helping you monitor engagement and sentiment.

Adding Feedback Forms in Email Campaigns


Access Email Campaigns


Navigate to the Email Campaigns section of your platform to begin.

Here. you can create a new campaign or click a drafted campaign from your list to access its editor.

Add a Form Element


Insert a form element into your email to collect feedback.

Choose the feedback type you wish to include (e.g., NPS, ratings, like/dislike), or select the “Your Other Forms” option to integrate a form you created on the platform.

Customize Your Form


Design your form by customizing its appearance and settings using the rich text editor, and the form settings on the left-hand side of the builder.

Enter a name in the Title field, which will appear in the submission tab of campaign statistics.

If applicable, set up a custom success page to redirect respondents after form submission. 

? Note: For user-built forms, the existing On Submit configurations will remain in effect and the Success Page URL field will not be displayed.

Launch Your Campaign


Once your form is set, send or schedule your email campaign.

Monitor and Analyze Feedback


Access the Campaign Statistics from the campaign's action menu to track responses.

Within the Submissions tab, you can view all form submissions received from the email, with the option to export respondent lists for further analysis.

With interactive, user-friendly forms, you can boost response rates, and provide actionable insights by delivering detailed analytics on contact sentiments and campaign performance.

? Note: This feature is currently available only for email marketing campaigns.
