Conversations & WhatsApp

Modified on Sat, 28 Jun at 3:51 PM

WhatsApp allows you to communicate with your clients in real-time, the way it works is a mix between SMS and Facebook Messenger. It has high feedback and visibility, a low response time, and interactive messaging. You can keep track of these interactions in your Conversations section inside the system.

Just like with Facebook and Instagram messages, the contact should have sent you a message in the last 24 hours for you to be able to reply with WhatsApp. Other than that it works the same as any short message, you can include links, media, and custom values to spice up your text and use this tool to maximize your responses!
