Integrating your Instagram account with your account enables seamless access to incoming Instagram messages directly within the conversation tab. Once the integration is completed, your Instagram account will be fully connected and appear within the platform.

Please Note: Instagram messaging connection settings are only available for Instagram accounts connected to Facebook Pages, Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, and third-party apps.

Creating Instagram Messages

When you receive a message notification, the CRM indicates the platform from which the message originated, which is especially helpful when managing multiple integrated communication channels.

If a client has previously contacted your business through Instagram, you can respond via Instagram Messenger directly within the contact conversation. However, if the client has not communicated with you through Instagram before, the option to send an Instagram message will not be available.
