Offer Access Granted Trigger

The Offer Access Granted trigger automates workflows whenever a customer gains access to a specific offer. By using this trigger, businesses can simplify how they manage and monitor customer access to special deals or promotions. It ensures a process that not only enhances customer satisfaction but also supports operational efficiency.

Adding the Offer Access Granted Trigger

Within the Workflow builder click on the "Add New Trigger" button and select the "Offer Access Granted" option from the available list.

Filter

Within the Trigger, you can configure the filters by selecting Add Filters.

Offer

Click on "Add Filters" and select "Offer" from the dropdown menu, then select the specific offer you want from the second dropdown menu.

Once the filters have been selected, click the "Save Trigger" button in the bottom right corner. 

? NOTE: Add workflow actions to automate tasks such as notifications, follow-ups, or account updates.

Once all actions are defined, Publish and Save the workflow to activate its functionality.
