Performing Email Verification

Navigate to the smart lists area within your account and select the contacts you wish to verify.

Click on the "Email Verification" bulk action button.

Assign a name to your verification batch and proceed by clicking "Confirm".

Reviewing Verification Results

After initiating the verification, you can monitor and review the results:

Navigate to the "Bulk Actions" section to view your verification batches and check their status, which may be "Complete," "Processing," “Canceled”, or "Failed."

View detailed statistics, including the number of valid, invalid, and errored emails.

Select any data point for further action. This will display a table where you can review the name, email address, email validity status, and any associated messages.

Perform follow-up actions, such as removing contacts with invalid email addresses or sending an SMS message to request a valid email address, and click the download button to export the verification list for offline access.
